• Technical Coordinator COB/EPA BASIN project Information Systems coordinator for the BASIN project; coordinated devlepoment of WWW site coding standards, implented automated processes for data delivery and integrated data displays and coordinated WWW site developments.
• DIPP software development - Project manager on the Distributed Information Processing Protocol (DIPP) software and standards development; a NSF funded project conducted by the University of Colorado. DIPP is a proposed open standard for client/server applicable to WWW site mangement. Duties include directing development of technical standards, participating in standards proposals and promulgatation though IETF standards review, development of reference Perl software and implementation of multiple testbed applications.
